Photo Session with Priscilla Gragg
When: 04/24/22 Sunday
Where: Danville, CA
Hello and welcome to Casa Studio! We are thrilled to announce our new event!
If you are familiar with our Casa Studio events, please know that this is a simpler version of it. It will be hosted at Priscilla's home and it is intended for single photos only, no double or group photos for siblings this time. We will have Janet Mariscal (hair and make up) on set to make sure kiddos are looking great! She is generously donating her time for this cause and we appreciate her so much! ❤️
Each session includes 3 high resolution images. We will be shooting in color this time, but if there is an image that the photographer feels like it would be better in black and white, you might get one too. That is a creative decision that will happen during editing.
Extra images cost $35 each.
You must purchase one session per child. If you have more than one child, please make sure you select slots at the same hour, for example: 10am and 10:20am and so on.
100% of profits will go into donating to refugees from Ukraine. Read the full story below:
"When we were in Greece last year, we stayed at the most lovely Airbnb, located at a small fisherman's village in Milos. We were delighted to arrive at a pretty special house by the sea where you would sleep to the sounds of the waves and wake to the smell of the ocean! It truly was something! What made that part of the trip even more special was that we got to actually meet the owners of the place. They stayed upstairs from their vacation home and we rented the bottom. They had a little boy, Marcus, who quickly became best friends with Bia. They played every day that we spent there and the family was so kind to invite us over and cook us dinner. Everything about it was so dreamy; it was so nice to share a meal with these wonderful people and laugh about funny stories. Little did I know that 34 weeks later, that same sweet family would be at the border of Ukraine and Romania helping refugees from this horrible war. Cristina Katrakis, who is an ambassador for the United Nations Foundation, is on the grounds trying to help civilians in desperate need of food and water. They recently received 600 children in their facility and are struggling to keep everyone fed and hydrated. Cristina and her family are true heroes! I am so impressed with the kind of bravery that this family have. It inspired me to use my own abilities to send them a small relief in such chaotic circumstances. I told Cristina I would put together a portrait session for kids, and 100% of the profits would go straight to her so that she can buy food, water and protective gear for refugees and civilians that are going through this terrible and devastating time in Ukraine." - Priscilla Gragg

This purchase is final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
This event was originated in 2016 under the name The Portrait Project by photographer Priscilla Gragg. On a mission to raise money to buy toys to children in need during the holidays, Priscilla and her team of creatives have been able to donate over one thousand toys in 5 years!
